The Midas mCloud system is designed to enhance your workflow and elevate your live sound experience, via seamless integration with cloud-based synchronisation and device management technology.

The latest release of mCloud builds on this further, by allowing users to raise support tickets for all their Midas devices. This new approach gathers only the information needed for our support team to streamline troubleshooting and ensure timely assistance.

And this is just the beginning—mCloud is set to evolve with a host of updates and features on the horizon, designed to help our customers get the best out of their Midas products.


How do I set up a Midas mCloud account?

Simply go to the mCloud home page and sign up.

Register all your Midas devices and peripherals, to help us deliver an efficient and more personalised support experience.

NOTE: Certain cloud-connected features are restricted to the HD96 series of products (see below)

What are the key cloud-connected features of mCloud, that are exclusive to HD96?

  • Cloud Backup: Synchronise all your HD96 show files, presets and channel sheets with the cloud for easy access and recovery.
  • Multi-Device Access: Manage your HD96 files from any web browser, tablet or mobile phone. Retrieve and update shows from any HD96 console.
  • Offline Access: Sync your offline changes automatically when your HD96 console reconnects to mCloud.
  • Versioning: Store multiple versions of HD96 files for easy rollback.
  • Personalisation: Create user profiles in mCloud, making any HD96 console feel like your own.
  • Guest Access: Allow touring engineers to quickly download their personalised HD96 settings from their mCloud account.
  • Session management – View your active sessions, and log-out any sessions that are no longer required
  • Event Preparation: Pre-configure HD96 shows using our editor and upload them to mCloud ahead of time for a smooth setup
  • Firmware Updates: Keep your HD96 updated with the latest firmware via mCloud, ensuring access to new features and performance improvements.
